Nazar Kulchytskyy & Partners is the Summer School of Criminal Justice Partner. The law firm’s founder will share his experience with the students.
Implemented by JustGroup, this pioneering initiative is a testament to the high standards. The rigorous selection process has seen only 30 students out of 200 applicants chosen to participate. From August 12 to 16, these select individuals will receive a concentrated dose of knowledge from seasoned practitioners.
The organizers have assembled a strong team of lecturers who work at the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, Transparency International Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, The High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, and other institutions.
The school’s trainers are a diverse group, each bringing their unique expertise to the program. From lawyers and prosecutors to detectives, anti-corruption agency managers, judges, and international organization lawyers, the students will benefit from a wide range of perspectives and experiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the field of criminal justice.
The training program is specifically designed to equip the participants with practical skills. These skills will not only deepen their understanding of criminal justice transformation and its current challenges, but also prepare them to effectively navigate and contribute to the field.
The educational program includes comprehensive and interactive lectures, analysis of actual cases, discussions of ethical dilemmas, debates, and moot courts.
The “Transformational Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine” project supports the school. It’s funded by the Government of Japan and implemented by UNDP in Ukraine, and in partnership with the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the UCU Law School, and the Kyiv-Mohyla Law Department.
