A seasoned lawyer with over 20 years of experience. English and Ukrainian fluency and a significant ECHR Сase Law and WCC track record. Mr. Nazar Kulchytskyy’s expertise lies in criminal and human rights law. He also contributed to developing the Ukrainian Code of Criminal Procedure and its supporting legislation. Holding the position of the Government Agent, he prepared the Government’s position in more than 500 cases before the European Court of Human Rights.
Chambers Europe Legal Guide 2021 recognized Mr. Nazar Kulchytskyy in criminal law and dispute resolution.
