On July 4th, Markiyan Bem, a lawyer and partner at Nazar Kulchytskyy and Partners, will deliver a speech at the roundtable “EU-UA: Urgent Euro-Integration Changes in Approaches to Managing Seized Assets.” Markiyan’s topic, “Management” of Sanctioned Persons’ Assets,” is paramount in the current legal landscape.

The event will be held online and organized by the publishing house Yurydychna Praktyka. Rustam Kolesnyk, the editor-in-chief of Yurydychna Praktyka, will moderate the discussion.

During the roundtable, six speakers will address the various challenges related to management efficiency, proper functioning of seized assets, and the limits of judicial control in the management mechanisms, aiming to enhance their effectiveness in light of the legislative euro-integration dimension.
