Markiyan Bem, a lawyer and partner at Nazar Kulchytskyy & Partners, will speak at the 2nd “Business vs. Sanctions” Conference, a collaborative effort organized by the Yurydychna Praktyka Publication and its partners.

Markiyan Bem’s presentation will focus on the thematic block “Sanctioned Assets.” One key area of activity for the law firm is protecting the interests of non-sanctioned individuals in “sanctions cases.”

Seven participants from the legal market and representatives from the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the Asset Recovery and Management Agency will join the session’s discussion. They will exchange ideas and debate topics such as:
