On October 30, Andrii Sliusar, a Nazar Kulchytskyy and Partners Law Firm partner, delivered a lecture on “Lifting Property Seizure in Criminal Proceedings.” The Ukrainian Bar Association and the UBA Committee on Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law organized the event as part of the “Young Criminal Lawyer School” Course.

During the training lecture, participants examined:

• ● Key points to consider when handling common requests—account freezes, vehicle returns, seizure of cash and equipment belonging to legal entities,
• ● Critical aspects in executing the court order on seizure cancellation.
